AdForge KZ
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IE OMAR, trading as AdForge KZ, handles personal information when you visit kinosmartnet.com, create an account, submit a brief, purchase a product, receive a generated video, or contact us.
1. Data controller
Omar Ismail Saituly, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan as IE OMAR (Individual Entrepreneur), IIN 070721552781, registration date 7 August 2026, and trading as AdForge KZ, is the controller of personal information processed for the AdForge KZ product. Our business address is Astana International Airport, 119 Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. Privacy requests can be sent to littlelordfuckleroy@proton.me or made by telephone at +7 707 109 8217.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, authentication records, and account identifiers.
- Brief and content data: business information, campaign goals, audience, offers, contact details, answers, logos, photographs, references, filenames, and other materials you submit.
- Order and transaction data: package, price, currency, order status, payment status, provider transaction identifiers, receipts, refund information, and fraud or dispute signals. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
- Generated and support data: generated media, production checkpoints, quality results, messages, defect reports, refund requests, and support history.
- Device and technical data: IP address, request time, browser and device information, security events, error logs, usage limits, and information stored in cookies or local browser storage.
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the service, and from service providers such as authentication, payment, fraud-prevention, and delivery partners.
3. How and why we use information
We process information to create and administer accounts; receive and validate briefs; generate, quality-check, deliver, and support the purchased video; authenticate users; process and reconcile orders, refunds, and disputes; secure the service; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms; maintain records; comply with law; and improve reliability and customer experience using aggregated or appropriately protected evidence.
Depending on the jurisdiction and purpose, our legal bases include performing a contract or taking steps you request before a contract; complying with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service; and consent where law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. AI processing
Information in your brief and approved uploads is processed by automated systems to plan, generate, and quality-check the product. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Automated quality and security checks may stop generation or flag an order for review, but we do not use your brief to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects unrelated to providing the service.
5. When we share information
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to operate the service. Providers may include Supabase for authentication, databases, and private storage; Hetzner for hosting; OpenAI and Google Cloud for planning, media generation, and quality checks; ElevenLabs for narration and music; Resend for service email; and payment providers. FastSpring acts as an independent controller, authorized reseller, and merchant of record for transactions processed through FastSpring.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or a successor in a merger or business transfer where permitted or required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information in Kazakhstan, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your country. Where law requires it, we use contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information transferred across borders. Contact us if you want information about safeguards relevant to your data.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember necessary settings, and operate the checkout and account. Before an order is created, the text brief and contact information may remain in this browser's local storage for up to seven days. That draft is removed after successful order creation or expiry. The bytes of selected upload files are not stored in the local draft. Where non-essential cookies are introduced, we will request consent when required by law.
8. Retention
Delivered videos and intermediate production materials are retained for at least 30 calendar days after delivery and may then be deleted. Account, order, transaction, support, security, and audit records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, satisfy accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes. Retention may be extended when a claim, chargeback, investigation, or legal hold is active. Protected backups may take additional time to expire.
9. Security
We use measures designed to protect information, including private storage, access controls, short-lived signed download links, server-only credentials, input validation, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; restriction of or objection to processing; data portability; and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection or consumer authority in your country. These rights may be limited where we must retain information by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Send a request from the email associated with your account and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. For payment information controlled by FastSpring, you may also contact FastSpring or use the rights described in the FastSpring Privacy Statement.
11. Children
The service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not submit a child's personal information unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without proper authorization.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, providers, or the service. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Questions, complaints, and rights requests may be sent to the contact details listed above.
