Order or checkout
Include the FastSpring order reference and the email address used at checkout. Never send full card or bank details.
Technical defect
Include the affected file, a short description, and a timestamp or screenshot where useful. Report defects within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery delay
Most videos arrive within 15 minutes, but provider capacity and quality retries can take longer. Contact us if your account does not show progress or the finished video.
FastSpring test checkout
The secure hosted checkout is used in test mode during store review. If the checkout link is not available yet, the store owner must copy the Test Product Page URL from FastSpring and rebuild the site with that public URL. No real payment is required for a test order.
